FCC's Clyburn: Broadband Makes Change Possible

Video:

Federal Communications Commissioner Mignon Clyburn delivered an inspiring speech at Howard University on Jan. 22, 2010, on the importance of Net Neutrality and broadband access. Clyburn said that we are on the cusp of a transformative moment. But unless we create strong rules "that do not cede control of the most significant communications in our lifetime," we would "be reinstating the very kinds of imbalanced structures that we have been attempting for years to dismantle in other contexts."
