equal access benefits all including market leaders

The fact is, if spending money to be accessed by potential customers becomes not just another tax I have to pay in order to stay in business, but a competition I am in with the highest bidder, then small innovative companies like mine can't compete. That means less pressure from the companies with a lot of money to innovate, since they can essentially buy their way past their competition.

When every small company with a good idea has an equal chance to gain access to customers equally effectively, everyone benefits, us, consumers, and yes even the big companies who are forced, kicking and screaming perhaps, to buck up, face the reality of value-added competitiveness and innovate to stay where they are.

Thank you for listening.
