Censorship isn't always by government

Those of us who prefer to find our own news sources would like to see the internet remain censorship-free. While having corporations control the bandwidths would certainly bring about amazing improvements, the cost would be our freedom.

I may not have ponied up the big bucks to get you elected, but I nevertheless voted for you because your most fundamental duty is to protect my freedom.

Free Press is a national, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization working to reform the media. Through education, organizing and advocacy, we promote diverse and independent media ownership, strong public media, quality journalism, and universal access to communications.
