Keep Equal Access for All Internet Info Providers

I am creating a small business, and have no hope of affording the big dollars to payoff the telnet giants who would like to take this common resource and make it into their own money making machine, while controlling who gets fast access and who is left behind. If they win, there will be no turning back.

The internet belongs to everyone.

I also use it to have a political voice. Please don't be bought out by big money!
