keep the internet free! support net nutrality

In the western era, there was a saying that went like this "god created man, but colt .45 made him equal"

Now, in 2007, it isn't a gun that makes mankind equal. Its a free internet. We live in a time where one thing keeps small business on par with large companies- the internet.

With a free internet, not owned or controlled by phone or cable companies, I can compete in the open marketplace with my goods and services. When people search for my products, they appear next to the large companies.

Support net neutrality. Support small business, and large. Do not let the large companies dominate in yet another arena.

FCC exists to protect the rights of the people to the airwaves. The internet is a new form of communication. Net Neutrality is essential to free speech, equal opportunity and economic innovation in America.

Do not allow phone and cable companies to become the Internet's gatekeepers.

The FCC must ensure that broadband providers do not block, interfere with or discriminate against any lawful Internet traffic based on its ownership, source or destination.
