Don't Tread on Me!

On the Freeway, should some cars travel faster than other just because they have better cars or make more money? The Freeway is regulated so everyone travels at the same speed. The same should be true of the internet. Why should I be penalized because I'm not rich or a giant corporation. My taxes dollars help pay for the research into the feasibility of the internet. I deserve the right to use it in the same manner as everyone else, big or small
