Net Neutrality is essential to free speech, and communication in America. Paying added tolls would change fundamentally the way that the internet works for people. Since the internet is most young people's first avenue of research, a change like this would shift what information comes to them. I don't want the pocketbook of a company to determine its ability to transmit information freely. Don't let it!
