The choice of which content to access from any information source (including the internet) should be left to the consumer and free enterprise will regulate itself. Having large telecom companies in charge of what content is accessible at what speed online is like Walmart forbidding you to shop at the Mom and Pop's grocery store down the street because traffic might increase at their entrance.
