Please don't put tolls on my internet!! My small town in Massachusetts just finally got access to high speed and I did not wait this long to have my access taken away again!! I am finally getting the news I want, when I want. A free and open internet is our best chance for a true democracy, where nobody's voice is stifled - inner city kids or rural farmers who are finally connected...
