It would be nice to see a net-gone-dark day with Google, Yahoo, FARK, TPM, MSN, Ebay, YouTube, blogspot, match.com, Amazon, Craigslist, Mapquest, Netflix, … going dark for one hour. News sites stay up. Email works. IM stops.
I think it would be effective in raising the issue through the media.
